SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order. For a shipping estimate, simply add the parts you're interested in to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Before actual payment is required, shipping options and price choices will be given to you. Orders are shipped on a daily basis using UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Your item will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible, as long as it is in stock. Most in-stock orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Out of stock items are generally shipped 2-3 business days after you place your order, but availability varies, so inquire via email if you want to be reasonably sure of a delivery date. Most items ship from our main Linden, NJ, U.S.A warehouse.

We are a full-on brick and mortar Volkswagen parts and accessories warehouse distributor, and not just an online drop-ship operation that you can never get through to on the phone or that doesn't offer much help after the sale. If you receive an item damaged, notify PartsHaus.com within five (5) business days of the receipt of the shipment. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. In most cases you will receive replacement items. We require a damage claim number that the customer obtains from the shipping carrier. Once you have a damage claim number, call PartsHaus.com for immediate part replacement. Shortage item claims MUST be made within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. PartsHaus.com will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 5 working day allowable limit.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

We offer free shipping and handling on many products. Add qualifying merchandise to your shopping bag and shipping and Handling charges will automatically be deducted. Valid for free standard shipping and handling anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping and handling charges to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories apply. Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Not valid on previous purchases or with any other shipping offers or offers that provide discounts on your entire order. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to choose the most cost effective carrier. The promotion only allows for one (1) package per order. If you order requires two (2) or more packages, you will be notified of the additional shipping charges. Not valid on over-sized items. If you order includes an oversized item, you will be notified of the additional shipping charges.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns are handled on a case by case basis, but generally there are no returns unless an item is defective or damaged during shipping. This is especially true of electronic items, unless indicated otherwise in the product description. Email and request an RMA if you want to return something.

We accept no returns after 30 days from shipment and without written authorization. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. PartsHaus.com may provide a store credit in lieu of a payment refund by mutual agreement with the customer. Any shipments returned to PartsHaus.com as refused or non-deliverable will be assessed a handling fee and processed according to our standard return policy. No returns will be accepted for special order items. All items that are not in stock & not a stocking item are considered special order by PartsHaus.com. All electronic parts, parts specifically coded for your vehicle and OEM body panel parts are not returnable. All parts considered for return must not be used or installed and if shipped in a sealed container must be returned with sealed packaging intact. All parts must be returned with original packaging, including any identifying stickers, manuals or manufacturer information. Returns on international orders may be subject to additional charges for shipping, handling, duties, fees and taxes. Any parts returned due to product application or shipping errors, product warranty or damage claims will be considered on a case by case basis.

Before any product is returned, contact PartsHaus.com by email or phone for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). After receiving your RMA instructions product should be sent to:

Your RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product, delay of your refund or refusal of package at delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders paid by credit card in excess of $300 require a signed faxed letter of authorization. Please specify a fax number when placing an order of this type.

Payments by wire transfer are accepted. You will be contacted by our sales department for the necessary bank routing information after completing your online order.

Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by PartsHaus.com will be charged to the customer, including fees/taxes on returned items. We are not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items either. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information.
