Product Overview

This cam chain tensioner tool is an OEM VAG-tool and an essential part of any Audi or VW owner's toolbox. This tool is used on many different engines for the removal of the cam chain tensioner. It is also essential in replacing the cam chain tensioner gasket or when installing a new set of camshafts.

The lower part of the guide threads into a hole in the block, thereby removing tension from the timing chain.
